This article explains how to apply adaptive leadership tools to the evolving COVID-19 crisis, focusing on the 4 A’s: Anticipation, Articulation, Adaptation, and Accountability. These guidelines, of course, have relevance well beyond the pandemic to applying adaptive leadership principles to complex and urgent crisis contexts (2020).
